[Resolved]  Airtel — Complaint against fraud and Harassment

To The Service provider, I have been called by one of your channel partner of name Viyania Business Solutions Pvt Ltd whose address details etc I will attach in form of the cash memo which they have provided me while taking money amount of Rs.300 for selling a postpaid connection saying that nowdays Airtel takes this amount to issue any postpaid connection. They told me this Rs. 300 will be refunded to be as it gets deducted from the billing amount for the 1st 3 months, which is also difficult for me to believe now after seeing all these fraud games. After taking this amount and documents they did not submit the docs to airtel ( As told many times by Airtel 121 and 198) and neither taking my calls to resolve the problem for last 4 days. So as a harrased customer should I conclude this as Airtel is also a crime and fraud partner along with this channel partner of yours? I guess both are equally responsible and action should be taken against both unless my problem is addressed and resolved.I am attaching the cash memo provided by them using which filing a case in consumer form will be easier but am willing to do an FIR to file a criminal case of Fraud done in the name of selling connection by airtel.
