[Resolved] Airtel — Complaint against unwanted messages | |||
Hi, I am Sagar Jagdale, i got sms for airtel digital id [protected] on my mobile number [protected] everyday but i am not a right costumer of this i d with sms sent by you.i requested more than five times in costumer care number last weak for remove my mobile number from this id but still date i am getting sms & i am more irritated so i did not want to any sms regarding this and solve my issue earliest please revert back asap. -- Regards, S.J. Hi,
i am really irritated from your Airtel DTH service, because I don't active your service i get continuously SMS from last three days.
I several times informed about this through, phone calls, emails etc.Still on I get the same. Rectify my problem as soon as possible and revert back. If you can't solve the problem let me know the alternative option.other wise i will take legal advise on the same.
