[Resolved]  Airtel — complaint for delay in dth installation

customer id: [protected] i purchased airtel dth connection online today after confirming with airtel sales dept. that my area is serviceable. However after few hours of purchase i got a call that my dth can not be installed at my location. Whereas there is already a airtel dth connection at my home on my landlords name. when i called up customer care they just hung up the phone. Why are you misleading people...if you can not provide service then say upfront...kindly don't make people suffer...now immediately issue my refund if you can not provide installation...
