Airtel — complaint for network problem | |||
I am a post paid users of Airtel for last five years. I am facing network problem from last one and a half years. I so many times logged complaint for my problem but there is no response. many time i missed important calls, today on 02 july 2014 at12:10 PM I called 121, and want to register my complaint. but the exeucutive denied to register my complaint and told me to switch on to other network. I am very much hearse the way airtel respond. I am now thinking to switch on to other network because I think Airtel do not need valuable costumer. Rajiv Dhiman Was this information helpful? | |||
