Airtel — complaint : I have recharged plan but unable to use service | |||||
This is pathetic service given by airtel, i have done recharge on 28th mar till now i am not able to use data service.. There is no refund process and compensation what kind of service is this! You should take an action. Money get wasted paid by consumer. I call to customer helpline they were saying we don't have any timeline for your resolution and there is no refund policy however they will forward this concern to network it personally. No complaint number has been shared only interaction number Was this information helpful? | |||||
