Airtel — complaint no 77609331 dated 14.07.2018 post paid yearly | |||||
At 9.30 on 14.07.2018 I have phoned up customer care NO 12150 attended by a lady namely Sharada and explained her that my DTH is not working error code is B0001 and the set top box is glowing Orange light instead of Green. I told her that the same problem was faced by me on 31.05.2018 and it was rectified on 03.06.2018. At once she narrated that the waranty of every repair stands only for one month and since youhave crossed one month you are supposed to pay the servicing charge for which I was to submit my grievances but she was so arrogant "saying if you want you pay or otherwise you forget it" and disconnected the line. When I again called up customer care by 1599 hrs the gentleman on the seat told me no complaint has been lodged only it is noted that your complaint will be rectified on 17th. He then registered a complaint shown above .After that customer care office called me vide mobile No[protected] on 16.07.2018 and ensured me that the problem will be rectied by 4PM . I called them at 04 pm, 04.34pm, 5pm when I was told today any cast it will be rectified within 7pm. But today is 17th July 5.55pm no one has visited or rectified the problem. Today someone called from Delhi vide Mob No[protected] and enquired about the progress when I told him nothing had happened. Surprisingly the two mobile Nos mentioned above are switched off after the enquiry for ever. If this is not rectified today I am going to report to this to Consumer forum to settle.
