[Resolved] Airtel — Complaint regarding airtel broadband | |||
Hello Team, I'm Ravi and i am using Airtel broadband before 3 years but before 7 days ago i had applied a new connection from ( M/s. PNS Telecome H-35, Ambedkar Chowk, G.T.Road, Karnal-132001. ) and also i have deposited rs1000/- non refundable security after 2 days later 1 person came for wiring but now i am facing a problem nobody came to my home for activation I have called to Airtel office also and also i have visited to store but all they are saying it will be activate today, same answer they give me again and again but nobody came to my house. Only giving excuse. They are not taking responsibility only giving excuse. I am totally fed up of your bad service, Just due to lack of irresponsibility i am facing lot of problem because i business is depend on Internet and now i am on that stage if you doesn't solve my problem then there is no point to stay with Airtel.
