[Resolved] Airtel — Complaint regarding my bill issues for [protected] and also regarding the customer service from airtel | |||
Where do I start I have no words to express my self that how much cheated and humiliated I feel because o[censored]nresponsive service offered by Airtel and with repetitive complaint no action has been taken so far. Will try to write down all the issues which I have been facing with Airtel 1) My internet usage - According to Airtel I have to pay inr 2000(approx) for my internet usages charges. When I asked them the biffocation they told me that inr 200(approx) is the monthly rental and inr 1800(approx) are the internet charges. But I have been asking Airtel for the past two months that when i was under my allotted 1gb data usage why have inr 1800 been added for which they have credited inr 1075. But my question to Airtel company is why should I also pay extra inr 800 when according to your representative i have used only 835 mb data that month which is under my allotted limited. Also I have been facing my billing issues with Airtel for a long time for which Airtel was providing me a internet consumption message. So my simple question is why should I pay extra inr 800 and this also make me wonder that weather in my previous bill same thing might have happened and I didn't notice which means there is no transparency in the was Airtel circulate its bill. 2) Last Bill - After the above mentioned issue I decided to discontinue my internet pack from.airtel and asked them to.discontinue all my internet services. So for the last 2 months I have not been using Internet from Airtel and my last month bill was Inr 300 which is acceptable and according to my usage but for this monthy bill is inr 1200 can you also provide me the justification how come my usage have increased 4 times than that of my previous bill. 3) Number disconnect - I have already raised this issue last week to the Airtel representative to which he assured me that till the time the above mentioned issue regarding internet is not resolved your number will not be disconnect by why has been my no disconnected from the last 3-4 days. I have been having so much issues who will compensate me?
