Airtel — complaint regarding sim. | |||
Sir i am purvesh pandey, regular user of airtel services. But this time my experience in airtel store was worse. I had lost my prepaid sim, so i went to airtel store in dariyaganj to get a new sim but without my confirmation the executives there, alloted me a postpaid sim although i had told them to give me a prepaid sim. So i am requesting you to help me and solve my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to port my sim card to jio. Thank you Purvesh pandey. Was this information helpful? | |||
