[Resolved]  Airtel — Complaint regarding WIFI connection

Hi, I have relocated from Hyderabad to Chennai and my flat is located at Door No-401, Amity apartment, Helios city, Padur (Kelambakam). I have applied for WIFI connection last week Thursday (30th Oct) and 1000rs installation charges are given to the airtel representative and till now I din’t get any updates from your Airtel and no further proceedings. Your representative committed that I will get the connection next day and now I realized that all as fake promises. This is deeply frustrating for me since I am working from home and in need of Internet connection badly to proceed with my work. I believe my area comes under thorapakkam airtel office and manager who is taking care of process is Saravanan. The representative name is chandru and his number is [protected] & manager name is saravanan([protected]). Please do the needful to return my money back and I don’t need the connection any more.
