[Resolved] Airtel — Complaint regarding wrong bill charges due to customer care executive | |||||
I have a complain against customer care executive from whom I hadn't received the proper information regarding the Rs.49 Plan. On 23 Jan, I called executive (Her) to disconnect my active 5GB 4G data plan but she insisted me to keep my Airtel number active just for 49 Rupees. She told I can't use internet if keep this plan except keeping my airtel number active. She told me even if I keep my 4G Hotspot ON, internet doesn't work after activation of 49 Rupees plan. I agreed with her for this Rs.49 plan and told her to deactivate all the other plans related to internet.but yesterday I received a bill of Rs. 1030 to my account.
