Airtel — complaint registered but not yet resolved for the past 15 days | |||
It's been a more month since we have opted for airtel DTH and the issue started on 27th May 2019. As per the IVR instructions we have followed and waited for the issue to resolve. First complaint registered at : june 1, 1:15 pm Complaint id : 89812677 Complaint has been carried out without any result till june 2 The assigned engineer did not reach out and had auto resolved the complaint without taking any action. The same continues till now i.e, no resolution for the issue second complaint ID registered by the customer care on call : 89847297 New complaint ID registered by the customer care on call : 90214888 The issue has been set to auto resolve and we got the calls regarding the feedback on the service when there is no service done. We have requested the customer care to cancel our subscription and take the setup box but even this was not done and once again delayed. The customer care has again requested a one day time for the past three days whenever on call and assured that the issue will be resolved. The issue has not been resolved and they are not processing the refund as well. we have requested for the refund for several times but they did not mention that in summarized messages sent by the customer care. I have recorded the recent call with the Airtel representative while talking about the refund issue. the assured that they would solve the issue by june 11, 2019 or refund the amount. the issue is not yet resolved and the refund was also not processed.
