I tried to reach airtel for reorienting dth antenna after Vardah cyclone. No one responded. On 21st December 2016 I sent an email and got a response and a complaint number was registered. This was the response I got from Airtel. This is with reference to your concern regarding dish concern for your Airtel DigitalTV ID [protected]. As per our records on 21-Dec-16, please note that your complaint for dish concern has been registered with Service Request number 57403357. Our team is working on your concern and will update you with the resolution status within 24 to 48 hours. I find that my account with airtel dth is getting depleted day by day without getting any service. Till this moment (27th Dec 19.30 Hrs) they have not bothered to close this complaint.
