Airtel — completely dissatisfied by airtel service | |||
Sir, I am completely dissatisfied by airtel service. On dated 27th april 2018 i have done my airtel mobile recharge of rs 42 (In which a person get benefit of subscription of hellotune and also get additional benefit to change hellotune with any cost) but sir i am completely dissatisfied with service. I couldn't choose or subscribe a hellotune. I always use airtel hellotune application for choosing a hellotune but i have tried hundred times but i am couldn't subscribe my hellotune although i called customer care for 4 to 5 times but they also couldn't help me in this. Very bad and hated signal in our area, I am living in major muncipality and my house is at national highway main road bt signal is too worst, so please rectify as soon as possible
