Airtel — connection disconnection

Airtel has been the most digraceful company i have seen ...for last 2 months have been trying to get connection disconnected...but there is no customer care number working...i bet if anyone can get a customer care number of airtel working...and they just have charged 2 months amount free...this will surely be a big negative marketing for u all - i will surely see negative word of mouth marketing of airtel...

my landline number [protected]...current bill show is 4500...3000 is extra...i aslo asked them to change my plan they didnot...
