Airtel — Connection not activated. | |||
Hi, I bought a Airtel WiFi dongle on 8th July. Dongle was delivered to my office but Guy who delivered it, didn't give me connection number (10 digit sim num). So my concern is that i don't have the account no so that i can make inquiry for my connection and my connection is still not activated, as they said it will be activated from 24 hrs to 72 hrs. I took connection as on my some personal urgent requirement and I am still waiting to be activated. I have also contacted the person 'Jatin' who has provided me the dongle, but every-time response comes like it will be activated today. And now they are not picking up the phone. Attaching the receipt that was provided at time of taking connection. Requesting you to please understand my problem and take action at high priority.
