Airtel — Connection not working for three months

My airtel Wi-Fi connection is not working for the past three months and i have complaint about it many times but there is no response. Their executive has visited us two or three times but problem is not solved. I am paying my bills regularly on time. So why do i have to face this problem. Due their irresponsible behavior i am facing heavy loses in my work.
