Airtel — connectivity of my post paid mobile phone no [protected] broken since the last one month. | |||
I have been having the above mobile no. for the last eight to ten years. Around 12th of Aug. 2017 the connectivity was broken. I went to your Office at Divyashree Towers, B G Road, Bangalore. They said the SIM Card has become faulty and changed the SIM Card. This did not help. When I again went twice to your B G Rd Office, they simply said it is a back office problem. My several complaints by E Mail to airtel did not solve the problem. In fact there was no response to the complaints at all. Finally after sending a complaint to your [protected]@airtel they responded and spoke to me. I was again asked to change the SIM card which I did, on 15th Sept 2017. Still there is no connectivity. The people at your Bannerghatta Rd Office are not very helpful and are impersonal and indifferent. I am still waiting for the connectivity to be restored.
