[Resolved]  Airtel — Connectivity problem in my room, facing a lot of problem

Madam/Sir, I am one of your old customer using two sim of Airtel since 2011 whose details is as follows- 1. [protected]- Use for calling 2.[protected] - For Internet use(3G) About more than one months i am facing a lot of problem due to connectivity problem neither i am able to call any my friends nor i receive any call during the time when i stay in my room.Due to connectivity problem i am unable to use my internet in my room properly. I tried several time to connect with customer care to register my complain but all my effort went in vain.Please Resolve my problem as soon as possible.
