Airtel — Continued calls from the company for bill payment even after disconnecting the services | |||
[protected] is my account number registered with Airtel broadband. We have moved out of Hyderabad city way back in July 2020 and we had put request for disconnecting the service. I have even written multiple emails to the Nodal Officer of Airtel regarding the issue. But I am still getting calls to pay the bills. Last time I got a call to pay the outstanding amount and then they will disconnect the services. I paid the amount but then the services were resumed because of my payment and they have not disconnected the server since and are forcing me by multiple calls to pay the bills, even when i haven't used it. I wasn't even there to use the services. We have shifted the city!! Please help in stopping this because even after multiple calls to the customer care and emails to the nodal officer, they are looting the customers and harassing them with so many calls Was this information helpful? | |||
