Over the past month, I have experienced continuous disconnections and interruptions in the broadband service, causing immense inconvenience and disruption to my daily activities.
Despite repeated complaints lodged with the company's customer service department, the issue has not been adequately addressed. Each time I contact their support team, I am met with false promises of a swift resolution and assurances that the problem will be rectified promptly. Regrettably, these assurances have proven to be empty, as the connectivity issues persist unabated.
Furthermore, Airtel has failed to honor the terms of our service agreement, which guarantees reliable and uninterrupted broadband connectivity.
