Airtel — convert sim from 2g to 4g no.[protected] not activated from last five days. sim card allotted from nacharam hyderabad. on 5 days ago.

Converting of my sim card from 2g to 4 g not get activated from last 5 days. My no is [protected]. Company making assure every day today after 4 hr it get activated. But i am very disappointed about service from airtel. I brought sim card from airtel office nacharam hyderabad. Airtel provider call to convert 2g to 4g otherwise they say phone will be disconnected. Airtel office change my old sim to new sim. Everyday i am getting problem due to number. L don't want loose my this number. Please help me out.
