Airtel — converted my airtel number from postpaid to prepaid four months back - since then not able to recharge. | |
I have converted my airtel postpaid connection to prepaid on mid of May. Since then I am not able to recharge. Followed up multiple times with customer care and airtel stores. I always get responce, as I need to wait for another 48 hours as backend team has to look into this. I might have called almost 25 times customer care and 5 times went to airtel store. And sometimes customer care are rude in talking. I tried online recharge, offline recharge, recharge at airtel store as well. Now as I have zero balance, I am not able to send message also. Because of that I couldn't port my number to other network. Only good thing is I get incoming calls. Not sure when they will stop it. Very poor support from such a big reputed company. Shame on Airtel technical team as they couldn't resolve the issue from past four months. Was this information helpful? | |
