I got a Fiber Broadband connection plan for 40 mbps for 499/- per month on 9th of June 2022. I paid 6 months’ of wifi rent upfront and when the technician came for installation, he installed the copper connection. Post which, I was told that in 15 days’ time, it will be upgraded to a fiber connection. After 15 days, I had a talk with the sales representative and he redirected me to his manager. I explained my issue to the manager and the manager of the sales representative blocked my calls and did not provide a resolution.
After following up multiple times, I was lies to and told that my area does not have fiber connectivity. However, the neighbouring houses are getting 5G connections with Airtel.
Kindly look into this issue and provide a resolution at the earliest, or else I will have to go to the consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
