Airtel — couldn't recharge airtel number ([protected])

I am akshay singh from jaipur.
I have a problem with my airtel number past 1 month and contacted to the nearest airtel store that i couldn't recharge my airtel number as i mentioned above and the sms service is also deactivated but they are helpless and doing nothing.
So it's a kind request to look in this matter.
