Airtel — credit limit crossed

Credit limit shows to be Rs.3600/- but my bill has reached Rs.6480. My outgoing has been barred without intimation.

When called customer care they say they have given me chance. But, outgoing
was barred after 24 hours stating "fraudulent usage".

My usage has never exceeded Rs.400/-

If they have set Rs.3600/- as credit limit, why did my usage crossed this limit and why have not informed me untill I called customer care.
I have seen many such cases online and here on this forum. Why is there no end to such issues.

It has been three days since I paid the amount of Rs.6480/- and still they have not restored my connection. Why is there no response from Airtel.
I have contacted Help desk twice and their response is we will send email to backend team.

I have visited Airtel customer center twice and same response- backend team is working on this. Just to uncheck a box they need almost 4 days.

Most irresponsible team of services ever.
