Airtel — credit limit crossed
Credit limit shows to be Rs.3600/- but my bill has reached Rs.6480. My outgoing has been barred without intimation.
When called customer care they say they have given me chance. But, outgoing
was barred after 24 hours stating "fraudulent usage".
My usage has never exceeded Rs.400/-
If they have set Rs.3600/- as credit limit, why did my usage crossed this limit and why have not informed me untill I called customer care.
I have seen many such cases online and here on this forum. Why is there no end to such issues.
