Airtel — cug sim not working

My cug sim is not getting detected on my s8 handset. It shows the network sign but it displays the message "unable to connect. Try later". I have tried changing the sim cards for the same number. But it is still not working. The sim is working in other phones but not in my phone. The slot 2 of my phone in which i am using my airtel cug is working fine because all other sims are detected and working in that same slot.

Pls help urgently.

I have ported my Idea number [protected] to Airtel, Yesterday night Idea got deactivated and Airtel Sim insettled it got active, but no incoming calls, No speed internet, no SMS services
I tried to reach call centre via 121 but no use, I feel one of the worst services
