I am divya kr sharma, i am not able to get my call connected to customer care executive from my airtel prepaid no. I am old customer of airtel. I was facing the same problm for a long time. Still am facing. If i call to customer care from othr no. They tell to send a message to 121. I tried it so many times. Nothing worked out. I dont know what kind of service airtel is providing. I have ported my number [protected] to airtel. But after my Jio sim tower gone, I tried inserting airtel, but it is not showing any tower, when I try to rheach customer care 121 or 198, nothing is routing to actual customer care, I have been hearing only automated voices. After tried 40 mins I left my hope. I don’t why airtel is treating the customer at worst. I feel bad for porting to airtel now. Please somebody help.
