[Resolved] Airtel — Customer care executives did not receive calls either i am not able to talk to the customer care executive | |||
I have transferred my amount of ₹ 2100 to the airtel payment bank but i did not recieved it in my airtel payment bank, when i tried to contact to the service provider either they were not receiving my calls or their is no option for talking to the airtel payment bank. When i contacted to the other brack they told me that some higher authority will call you back in 20 minutes, but i did not receive any calls from their end. So i want ₹ 10000 by cash or by check from them for wasting my time and for their fake promise to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
