Airtel Customer Care — I am complaining about the outgoing calls barred issue | |||
I am an airtel customer having airtel sim across 12 years but few days before i got an massage form airtel that my service has been discontinued after 23 nov 2018 if i don't recharge my airtel number with rs. 35 or than i immediately recharge my no. With 12 yrs. They give me 34 something rs in my balance and 100 mb across net data Then i want to make an outgoing calls but after tapping on call button the call immediately ended Can't understand why this problem raised. Another thing is in my account main balance is rs. 4398 approx. If i not recharge then what will happen with is amount. Why i can't use this money. This ultimately disappointment. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. If not i must complain about this in consumer forum court. Was this information helpful? | |||
