Airtel — customer care ignoring and talking rudely | |
I got a call from Airtel customer care regarding their new service that I can use, which was I can get a second number plan on a low rate if I have a 499 plan active on my first number. Then they told me about the plan that you can change your plan to 649 and can get 90 gb of data that I can use on both of my numbers. But I didn't like the plan because in 649 I can get 90 gb on my single number then what is the fun in using second number if cannot get extra data or something on my second number and debate went for couple of minutes and then he just said rudely that we don't have any such plan. Then I said ok I want some other plan but in that time he didn't even listen to me and he then put the phone down. Then I called again so that I can ask for any other plan but he didn't talk to me and he put the phone down again. So I think if Airtel customer care are not treating their customers as customers then why do I bother keeping 2 Airtel sims. Was this information helpful? | |
