[Resolved] Airtel — Customer care. Internet | |||
Hi I got a msg stating that in 499 recharge u will get a benefit o[censored]nlimited calls and internet for 70 days. With extra 1.25gb for 4g handset and SIM for 28days.. the msg never mentioned that i[censored] don't have 4G SIM u will not b benefited of internet for 70 days and nt the recharge service center said anything...so I recharged it.. and within some 25 days I started getting msgs saying that my internet is going to expire in 3 days.. so I called the customer service he told me to ignore the msg and also said that my validity will b till 15th Aug.. I was fine and again i got t same msg to recharge if i want to continue the internet services.. so again I called the customer service he said the same thing like t previous guy said... i hardly use mobile data coz i have WiFi at home so just to check I switched on the mobile data and the data chagres got deducted from my main balance... again I called the customer care I told him everything and now he says that I don't have 4G SIM that's y I will not b benefited with internet... i was so frustrated but he was cool he even told me if I upgrade the sim then t internet services will resume... So again I called up CC today wanted to know y t different CC says different things and about t internet... who doesn't get frustrated if one has to call so many times.. she was so impatient and she is not letting me talk she is like blah blah blah.. and suddenly my call got transfered and there I got to talk with supervisor.. he said the same thing that I don't hv 4G SIM and I was like y don't u guys send us the clear msg .. he said msg me T&C likha hua hota hai bus wahi hai.. he also said go to airtel office and talk to them and he disconnected the call. he and the previous girl was so rude .. but one cannot go through what's written inside it... so how m gonna know what's the T&C apply means... I may have misunderstood the msg but I wouldn't have been so frustrated if the first CC guy would have said what they r telling me.now.. Was this information helpful? | |||
