Airtel — customer care service bad response | |||
Dear sir / madam, I am about to put a complaint against the customer care service provided by you. I can't understand nowadays that the customer care service is just for the namesake. I don't know about your experiences with the other customers. I have an issue regarding your dth connection. My reference no. Is 95657455 that i lodged yesterday at around 1 o'clock (Afternoon).in reference to that, there was a message saying that my problem has been assigned to your so-called master service engineer shivnath ruidas (Contact number [protected]). I waited for him but he did not come. So, i called up at 4:00 p. M. Where he told me that he can't come. Thereafter, i told him that it's fine; i will talk to the customer care and informed about your feedback that you will not come. After that, he requested me that he will talk and manage with someone and for that information i have to call him after 30 minutes. Okay, fine. I called him back at 4:32 p. M. But, he did not pick up my call. His kind courtesy is that he did not call me back also. Is this your customer care service? I again call to customer care service regarding the complaint. There, they informed me that it is said that it will be sorted out 24 hours after lodging a complaint. I want to see the document where it mentions about 24 hour service. i want to know that being in a durgapur city, you don't have any provider; then stop giving advertisement about the network. Some workers don't understand the working culture or job profile of the services. Please groom them first and instruct them hospitality is must in this field. i want an apologize feedback or some punishment (Not harsh) of the culprit. Best regards.
