I had called 121 customer care regarding my online recharge query but instead of helping me out one lady started shouting at me saying that i didn't know how to recharge so that is the reason my money got deducted and didn't receive my balance.i am using airtel since past 6 years i didnt expected this from the company.please look into the matter Was this information helpful? | |||||
