[Resolved]  Airtel — Customer Care's Horrible Response

To the Manager, Every time I have called the customer care I have had the worst experience. But this time was the most horrible time. I called at 3:40 pm to complaint against the connectivity problem I had and she said that it is not a problem from our end and simply disconnected the call. Please don't come back to me saying that the call was disconnected on its own as I have heard it enough. She disconnected it and I am sure about it. Her name was sujata as far as I remember. my details are: Aashnee Kamboj [protected]
