Dear mr. Mittal,
I transferred rs. 674 rs on dated 22ndaug 17 with txn id[protected] against recharge of
Customer id-[protected]
But nor digital tv account is suspended from 23th aug-17 & till date i talked to your representative 5 times but not got any satisfactory solution & as per him due to wrong top-up payment is update hd service & he has already mail to transfer the payment in current service but till time problem not resolved. 2 times they misguide me and not share my complaint no.. Till now.
Pls look into this issue & get it resolved asap otherwise i will no choose to go other service provider.
