Airtel — Customer id [protected] connection not working

Dear airtel dth,
due to above cited subject i am kapil pratap saole having airtal dth connection my customer id is [protected]. From last week this connection is not working properly and most of the hd and some of the sd channels are not working.

I have shifted this connection in march end on current address; on that time all the channels are working fine. I have already done 1 year recharge of my airtal dth on may first week.

From last month most of the hd channels are not working so i have done 1 complaint to customer care in may. Your service engineer came and he told me that length of wire is 100 meter so this connection is not working properly. I told him onto the time of installation why you service engineer not informing me about this and why all the channels are working fine onto that time. He don't gave me the answer and start his job on to that day he fixed the issue some how.

Last week start sports hd channels are not working  so i called to customer care on thursday to sort out the issue friday service engineer yashwant (Employee id ie m: [protected]) came he checked and he told me length of wire is above than 100 meter and i explained him all the previous history. He came before that most of the sd channels and some of the hd channels are working fine but once he changed the setting all channels are not working and i told him kindly set as last time so i can at least watch some india vs south africa match tomorrow.

He told me due to weather its not coming now but later you can able to watch most of the channels but until today all the channels are not working and this connection is useless for me.   

On to that time i spoke to mr anmol regarding the same issue he is sitting in airtel dth office; that your service engineer not informed me length of wire and strength on to the time of connection installation after shifting and he told me you have done the installation by force. He also spoke me in abusive language and that is not acceptable at all he don't know how to talk with customer. He even told me do whatever you want to do i don't care in abusive way in hindi language.

Ok if you don't want to sort out the issue you should informed to customer but talking with customer in that manner its not acceptable at all.in my opinion airtal is not very serious to getting the feedback from the customer and taken action against his employee that's why this type of employees is having courage to talk with customer in that manner.

I have 2 postpaid, 2 prepaid, 1 dth and 1 broadband connection of airtal and now i want to change all these connection to other operator who care about customer point of view and promptly reply to customer.

Anyway now i don't want to continue with airtal so kindly provide me the details how i get my refund of balance amount and close this airtal dth connection.
