Airtel Team, I have been using AIRTEL for more than 12 years and in the recent times I have experienced the commitment level is very low, rather I would say POOR. None of the call center members are taking any responsibility / they don't understand the suffering what the customer is undergoing. Further, the escalation persons are really dump and they are not simply fit enough the handle the customer in proper fashion. I have facing certain issues and I have addressed to your team, but no specific attention was paid. Very pathetic, this attitude shows AIRTEL is over grown. You may be making profits & increasing your customer base, but really customer service is very Poor. As a customer (individual) having 4 connections ( 3 Postpaid & 1 Prepaid) for my family members.
