[Resolved] Airtel — Customer service (Kerala) problem | |||
I am contacting airtel prepaid customer service(Kerala section) for the last 50 days for a same problem. I cant send or receive messages from my number. So i cant even port my number or i cant use my net banking(OTP). I need to port my number or I need all my facilities back. I need a solution for the same problem. I cant even call a number ending with #. They are promising me that it will resolve within 24 hours. But still now they are counting i think.
