I had raised a request for broadband connection drop, and it had been 4 days they did not get back to me. I kept on calling them 4-5times a day to check for the status and they kept saying it is a backend issue which we are resolving. Finally I had to get it fixed on my own. Customer service people kept fooling saying it is a backend issue whereas it was a setup issue from home. These people are so that they are treating customers like some junk. When it comes to billing they keep eating the head everyday to pay the bill if its overdue else they will cut the connection. But when it comes to helping they are WORSE and PATHETIC. Bloody people sitting and receiving calls for time pass and the customer should break there head on them. Then better they can teach the customer itself how to fix, why the hell we should wait for them to send some technician. Even there mangers are don't have guts to talk to the customer and then get to know from the customer service guy manager is unavailable as of now if we ask them to connect to there managers.
