Hi. i am bernise. my number is [protected] & [protected]. Yesterday i made a call to 121 and given a complaint that the messages are not going from my mobile numbers. Mr.Sravan might be a supervisor, asked me to check the message centre number. and i did the same. i told him that i sent 35 messages yesterday morning to my friends but no one received. he said the other person receiving is not the concern thing to them. he says that their system is showing 35 messages sent. i told him pl check with message sent person. he said that it is not his duty. than i asked him if someone is recieveing the messages than what is the use if iam paying amount to the messages. he said that concen is not to him. again i asked him to reactify the problem. he said that he is not concern if some one is receiveing or not. he is only concern on his system what displays. like that he dragan the matter up to 22 minutes. and cut the call. still now the messages are not going . i have a recorded evedience to prove this.
