[Resolved] Airtel — Customer support bad and offer benefit not getting. | |||
My cell no. [protected] Airtel prepaid, i was refiled rs. 158 3g net offer paln on 23 May 2015, before recharge i check on ivr offer, so offer is available, but when refil i get 200 mb and next 800mb not getting, i called again & again customer care, all staff saying benifit mb will back within one week, but after one week not getting mb, every care staff getting difference information. all staff saying you can wait 2 days, 3 days, 5day, what is this...
