I have recently recharged my number with the revised and increased tariff ₹479 to avail data, voice call and sms services. As per this plan I should be receiving 1.5GB of data, unlimited voice calls and 100 sms everyday. But the data renewal doesn't happen everyday and it continues to calculate the previous day data pack. This is shocking and totally outrageous. I wonder why Airtel not meeting the plan standards of the company as promised.
I have lots of critical deliverables should be done by using the data balance but unfortunately couldn't complete because of this incorrect and poor data usage calculation/renewal services of the so called telecom giant Airtel. I am completely depressed and push into the state of mental trauma of this negligence.
I dismay if this happens to all the consumers not only to the data but also voice call and sms daily renewal routines.
I wonder Airtel or Poortel.
