[Resolved] Airtel — Data balance and validity promised not given

Recharged with a voucher if 103/- rs on 4 jun 2017. I was promised a data of 585mb data for 15 days validity but i felt cheated when only 300mb data for 10days was given to me on my airtel no. [protected]. Despite speaking to airtel customer multiple times.. No action has been taken to rectify the mistake of my airtel app. Request consider my request as well as complaint to remit the balance data n validity n oblige.

Problem rectified but would have been more satisfied when Airtel should have taken same action without me resorting to project my problem through this forum. Still all is well that ends well. Expect a better service from Airtel for better customer company relationship.
