Airtel — data balance for current month is not credited

My bill cycle is 2-1. I have not receive any data for this months. I have already sent several emails to the appellate team, also called to customer care but no positive response from them...

They telling that we can not provide data for this month, wait fir next month. Every time the sane thing is happening. I am just fad up with airtel. Please do something.
