Airtel — Data card is not cancelled after made the final payment and submitting all the proof. | |||
My Data card #[protected]. I have made the full and final payment for the above said data card on 18th Feb 2015 directly in Airtel showroom in Medavakkam, I even gave all the required proof and letter for cancellation, They forgot to cancel my datacard, as the particular person who supposed to cancel my datacard has left the showroom. Now I still receive the bill for March and April.When I go to medavakkam showroom asking for details they told to gave another letter, I gave a letter on 30th March and still no action is been taken. Now I am asked to pay the both the bill for March and April. The showroom people are not responding properly as well. Was this information helpful? | |||
