[Resolved]  Airtel — Data Card Not activated, even after 4 days of purchase

Sir/Madam, I had purchased a 4G wifi Dongle worth 2.3k with plan of Rs.1299 with 12 GB limit on 4-June-2015. It was told to me that the connection will be activated within 4 hours from purchase. But the connection is still not activated as I write this, its been 4 days now since my Purchase. The follow up with airtel customer care is pointless as they say we dont have your information yet and the local office of Airtel points to a faulty system which is why my data is not uploaded. 4 days of system not working! that's a lot of downtime. Please take this a complaint against Airtel for not adhering to their time of activation and no follow up after the customer has purchased their product. Not very pleased, Basanth
