[Resolved]  Airtel — Data card regarding

Address:Salem, Tamil Nadu, 636302

I have taken taken a device from airtel data card bearing [protected] on last sep'2016 and plan is four months pack as Rs.4000/- including device and plan . and they are explain to there is no charge for further four months upto dec'2016.

but message from airtel is you have to pay rs.699 to avoid this continuous service.

so i contact the concern airtel office please explain the that why i have to pay the particular amount, but they are now telling you are payed only the plan amount but this is tax.

really i feel that this is fraudulent service.

so kindly resolve the problem.

and also airtel henceforth clearly tell and sell there product which is included or excluded tax or anything else to some other customer.
