SIR, I HAVE USING AIRTEL POSTPAID NUMBER [protected], LAST MONTS TOTAL BILL WAS RS 2702.78, IN WHICH RS. 2243 DATA CHARGES ADDES, WHILE I AM ALREADY TAKEN DATA PLAN OF 60RS RENTAL FOR 1 GB. I COMPLAINED TO AIRTEL ON MAIL AND ALSO CALL CUSTOMER CARE 121 BUT DATA CHARGES NOT REMOVE, FIINALLY I HAVE PAY AMOUNT RS 2000 FOR LAST MONTH BILL. AND NOW THIS MOTNH AGAIN DATA CHARGES ADDED IN BILL AMOUNT RS 251(TOTAL BILL RS 581.62). PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM I AM IN TROUBLE.
