[Resolved] Airtel — Data credited into some other account | |||
Respected sir / madam, I have a airtel mobile connection of west bengal circle no. Is [protected], registered with gourav das. I have rechared with rs. 260.00 on 21st of january 2017, this consists of rs. 260.00 talktime and 1 gb of 3g/4g data. My complain is that previously i have rechared with the same amount and my data and talktime got credited into the main account, but when i have rechared on 21st of january 2017 the data got credited into some other account and i will not be able to use the data share benefit and night cash back, the company have not mentioned anything about it when i have checked the offer details, that they have changed the policy and i have been cheated by airtel.
